Philip Gaither our lead inspector grew up in Wellesley Massachusetts, is a graduate of Curry College in Milton Massachusetts with a BA in History/economics and marketing. A graduate of the AHIT Master Home inspector program, a certified interNACHI CMI Master inspector, an Owens Corning roof warranty inspector, and an interNACHI & AIC2 certified air quality/mold inspector, with over 10+ years experience inspecting homes in SW Florida, and over 28 years experience in the home inspection and home improvement/contracting industry. Philip spent most of his early career working on and restoring luxury homes and restoring antique homes in and around Wellesley Ma., the western suburbs of Boston, and Cape Cod Massachusetts. 

We use the best tools and equipment available in the industry such as FLIR (Thermal imaging) cameras, Protimeter moisture meters, Klein tools, EMS & Copan professional air quality/mold testing equipment, with easy to read and understand reports.
