Phil explained to me exactly what he was going to look for in the house we considered buying and I was amazed by the detail and quality of his inspection check list. I was even more impressed after the inspection and by the number quality of photos he included. We ended up buying the house after initial doubts and are very happy we did because it proves to be an excellent choice and deal.
